The Invisible Invaluable She Shed
Where Peace and Productivity Converge
Relieve stress and tension through the profound power of silence and meditative methods that begin in your body. Once you can identify the silence and stillness that is yours to keep, focus, clarity, and solutions arise naturally.

What Science Tells Us About Silence and the Need for Quiet
Cleveland Clinic reports that silence can:
1. Lower blood pressure
2. Decrease heart rate
3. Increase creativity
4. Reduce muscle tension
5. Cultivate mindful awareness
("An Ode to Silence," August, 2020)
Studies show that there are also differences in the effects of inner quiet versus outer quiet in the environment. Although some offices and organizations are attracting employees by offering 'quiet rooms', only a small percentage have them.
However, the one discovered internally never goes away. I can offer that guidance for individuals, and describe the process to groups and organizations.
Outer silence is incredibly helpful for productivity, focus, and clarity, but inner silence isn't dependent upon outer silence. Imagine what the two together could accomplish for your work, school, or even home environment! Imagine having both at your disposal whenever you wanted!
